VEGAN RANCH DRESSING RECIPE

1 block 16 oz firm tofu (drained)
1-3 tbs dried dill weed
1-1.5 tbs dried parsley
2 tsp onion powder
1 clove garlic
2 tbs Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp pink salt
Pepper
Unsweetened plant milk as needed

Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend. After blending, taste and adjust seasonings according to your taste preference! Transfer to a bowl and garnish with more pepper and dill!

NOTES:
You will more than likely need to adjust your seasonings based on your preference due to the different types and sizes of tofu.
I tend to go heavy handed on the seasonings and it tastes more ranchy and delicious!
If you want your ranch and to be more of a dressing than a dip, Iโ€™d recommend using silken tofu and/or adding more plant milk to get the consistency you want!

If you grew up in the south like me, you KNOW that we come from a place where we put ranch on everything! It’s basically a staple food group lol. So at popular request, I decided to make my FAMOUS plant based vegan ranch! This vegan ranch recipe is SO EASY it’s almost a crime. It’s literally just tofu, some spices, a little bit of liquid and BOOM you’ve got yourself and delicious PLANT BASED vegan ranch that will satisfy any ranch craving you may have. You can turn this recipe into a vegan ranch DRESSING to put on salads or you can make it a little bit thicker to use as a vegan ranch dip with your veggies (my personal fave). This vegan ranch recipe is 100% whole food plant based compliant which is awesome, that means it’s completely oil free! It’s also gluten free which is a plus too! Next time you’re needing your ranch fix for a salad or a dip for some cauliflower wings, use this recipe to stay on track with your plant based lifestyle! Enjoy!
