Karen Ranzi talks about the delicious fruit she’s eating in the country of Costa Rica. As a 27 Year Raw Vegan since 1994, Karen talks about the food she’s eating in the tropics. The ripe fruit is bursting with flavor in Costa Rica, but fruit should be eaten everywhere since that’s the food humans are meant to eat. The book “Fit for Life” which came out in the 1980’s had the major premise of Fruit for Breakfast, so Karen emphasizes this principle in her talk. Karen talks about the variety of fruit one can eat in the tropics. In her next video she’ll talk about Traveling as a raw vegan. Twenty years ago Karen Ranzi wrote an article about the abundance of raw vegan food in the country of Costa Rica. People began to move to this beautiful country to have the desired weather and healthy delicious fruits and vegetables year round.
