1/3 cup raisins
6 pitted dates
1 TBS walnuts, 1 TBS cashews, 1 TBS sunflower seeds
1 scoop (30 g) vegan protein powder
2 TSP cinnamon, 1 TSP turmeric
1 cup almond milk
1 cup chopped apple
1 portion = 1/2 recipe

615 kcal, 22.9 g protein, 90.2 g carbs, 14.4 g fat
Omega 3s: 0.4 g, 14.9 g fiber, 5 mg iron, 94.1 mg calcium
