Pinto Beans is the most commonly cooked bean in the United States and throughout northern Mexico due to its wide variety of use and health benefits. Pinto Beans are great for individuals with diabetes, insulin resistance and hypoglycemia due its ability to prevent blood sugar from rising too rapidly. That’s why today’s episode, we’re exploring two styles—one as a traditional way, remixed, stewed with Smoked Turkey wings (a pork alternative) and another way prepared as a Vegan soup served with cilantro and fresh squeezed lime juice.
