β€”-Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Seed Puddingβ€”-
2 TBSP chia seeds
1 cup non-dairy milk (I used SILK unsweetened vanilla Almond)
1 TBSP pure maple syrup
1 1/2 TBSP plain unsweetened cocoa (or cacao/carob)
1 TBSP peanut butter
1/8 tsp vanilla
Toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut, melted peanut butter

1. Blend up all the ingredients except the chia seeds.
2. Pour into a container and add Chia Seeds, stir really well and place in fridge over night. (for best results + to avoid clumping it is best to stir/whisk it a few more times (every 15 min for about 3-4 times)

β€”-Chocolate Orange Chia Seed Puddingβ€”-
2 1/2 TBSP chia seeds
3/4 cup non-dairy milk (I used SILK unsweetened vanilla Almond)
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 1/2 TBSP plain unsweetened cocoa (or cacao/carob)
1/8 tsp vanilla
1 TBSP pure maple syrup
pinch of orange zest (optional)
Toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut, orange slices, orange zest

1. Blend all the ingredients except the chia seeds.
2. Pour into a container and add Chia Seeds, stir really well and place in fridge over night. (for best results + to avoid clumping it is best to stir/whisk it a few more times (every 15 min for about 3-4 times)

β€”-Blueberry Chia Seed Puddingβ€”-
2 1/2 TBSP chia seeds
1 cup non-dairy milk (I used SILK unsweetened vanilla Almond)
1/2 TBSP pur maple syrup
1/4 cup blueberries (I used frozen because I prefer the taste but use what you like best)

1. Blend all the ingredients except the chia seeds.
2. Pour into a container and add Chia Seeds, stir really well and place in fridge over night. (for best results + to avoid clumping it is best to stir/whisk it a few more times (every 15 min for about 3-4 times)
