Courgette matcha overnight oats –
60g Oats
30g of @myproteinuk matcha soy isolate
1/2 a grated courgette
5g chia seeds
Mixed with water
Topped with frozen raspberries
Coconut chips

*Left overnight for the chia seeds to absorb the liquid to have the following morning *

Mini chocolate protein vegan soufflé pancakes
60g flour
30g @myproteinuk dark chocolate vegan blend protein powder
5g coconut oil
150ml almond milk
Some baking powder
Lemon juice
5-10g @natvialiving sweetner / stevia
