MOST DELICIOUS ROAST CAULIFLOWER SABJI | Vegan Cauliflower recipe | Gobhi masala | Food with Chetna



INGREDIENTS –
1 cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Oven at 200 C
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp black mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 inch ginger, grated
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp sugar
handful of coriander leaves, chopped
