Ingredients
Curtido:
1/2 head cabbage
1 small onion
2 medium carrots
4 cups boiling water
1 cup vinegar
1 Tbs dry oregano
2 tsp salt

Dough:
4 cups Masa Harina (Corn Flour)
2 tsp salt
3 cups water

Filling:
1 can black beans
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
6 oz (3/4 cup) Feta Cheese
