Greetings Everyone! Welcome back to Meatless Mondaze! Today, it is all about Power Bowls! This is probably one of our favorite go to dishes, because it’s easy, tasty, and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! We created two variations today, hot and cold, but you can feel free to create your bowl to your liking. We use quinoa as our base because it is so high in protein, so this helps your body feel fuller longer! Many of us are still working from home, so this easy meal can be meal prepped, and pulled right our the refrigerator when you are ready to eat!! What is your favorite Power Bowl ingredients? *Reminders- Always rinse your quinoa first before making it, otherwise, it will create a bitter taste.
– If you choose to add corn, make sure it is organic.

~ Cucumber and Tomato mixture
