Thanksgiving Vegan Stuffing Lentil Loaf Recipe / The Veggie Nut



Hey Veggie Peeps! It’s been a while. I’m planning on doing vlogmas in December (a video every day that month). I have a whole list of videos I have planned. Feel free to leave a request, what you would like to see, in the comment section.

Lentil Loaf #1
Ingredients
-2 cups split red lentils (or any lentils, I think these work best though)
-1 cup ground flaxseed meal
-2 tbsp egg replacer
-2 tbsp aminos or vegan Worcestershire sauce
-1-2 tbsp miso paste
-3 large celery stalks
-1 large onion
-4-5 cloves garlic
-7+ sage leaves (or 1 tbsp dry)
-1 tbsp thyme
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp seasoning blend
2 large bay leaves

Preheat oven to 425 F

cook down veggies in a little veg broth or water.
add spices.
cook a little more.

Rinse lentils. Add to pan. Add 4 cups veg broth or water.
Cook.

Add mixture to a loaf pan. Cook for one hour.
Take out and let cool.

Loaf #2

Ingredients
-1 & 1/2 cups split red lentils (or any lentils, I think these work best though)
-1/2 cup ground flaxseed meal
-1 cup bread crumbs
-1 cup fried onions
-2 tbsp aminos or vegan Worcestershire sauce
-1-2 tbsp miso paste
-3 large celery stalks
-1 large onion
-4-5 cloves garlic
-7+ sage leaves (or 1 tbsp dry)
-1 tbsp thyme
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp seasoning blend
2 large bay leaves

Preheat oven to 425 F

Cook.

Add mixture to a loaf pan. Cook for 40-45 minutes. .
Take out and let cool.

Serve with other delicious plant foods and enjoy.

*I normally love to add some walnuts, or pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries, or tart cherries to my loaf recipe. However, I left it out for these, because my Dad doesn’t like them. But, I recommend adding them.
