1 cup salsa (I use Pace Picante) (http://amzn.to/2va8nA0)
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric (http://amzn.to/2v9xSRS)
While you are getting your ingredients together, soak cashews in warm water if you did not soak them overnight and you have a high speed blender. Put all ingredients in your blender and process at high speed until everything is combined and you have a smooth texture. Eat as is or warm up in a saucepan.
