Vegan Breakfast Taco Recipe



Check out my delicious and ridiculously simple Vegan Breakfast Taco recipe!

Ingredients:
– Corn Tortillas
– Leek
– Soya Protein
– Baby Tomatoes
– Tomatillo & Jalapeño Salsa
– Olive Oil
– Salt & Pepper

Method:
– Chop the Leek finely
– Add to pan with a splash of oil
– Season with salt & pepper
– Once cooked down slightly, add soya protein
– Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes
– Finish with halved baby tomatoes
– Serve with warmed tortillas and jalapeño salsa
